As the word describes Power of Attorney is a legal right given to another person to act on his/her behalf, as his/her authorized representative to make legal and financial decisions in the event of that person is not in a position to make sound decision in terms of finance or any other general or legal matters that requires some mindfulness before making the decision. The person who is giving the Power of Attorney might not be in a position to decide due to reasons such as prolonged illness. Power of attorney is executed one stamp paper. Power of attorney will also be given to a particular person in a situation where it is about a specific immovable property that the first party will provide all the rights to handle the immovable property and the reasons are explicitly limited to that immovable property. Once the purpose is served as in the latter case, Power of Attorney must be revoked to avoid further misuse.
