As the name says living will is a legal document that clearly specifics the wishes of person of how he/she wants his/her immovable and movable properties to be disposed after his/her death. The living will need to be executed on e stamp paper and signed by that person and will come into force after his/her death. The living will lists all the immovable and movable properties that belongs to his/her and who are all entitled to receive after his/her death. It is not necessary that the immovable and movable properties to be willed only amongst the family members, meaning the properties can be willed to any person he/she wishes to choose on earth. There are cases where the properties are willed to their pets, servants, caretakers and some people have willed for social issues.
